Take a 10-30 minute walk every day & while u walk, smile.

sit in a silence for atleast 10 minutes each day.

When u wakeup in d morning complete d following statement "My purpose is to ..... today."

Live with d 3 E's.... Energy , Enthusiasm, Empathy & d 3 F's.... Faith , Family , Friends.

Spend more time with people over d age of 70 & under d age of 6.

Dream more when u r awake.

Try to make atleast 3 people smile each day.
